An immersive experience that combines interactive workshops, expert talks, visits to local producers, and mentorship. Gain practical skills directly from entrepreneurs, chefs, innovators, and changemakers, while exploring regenerative models to apply sustainability in everyday life. By attending the Boot Camp, you will dive deeper into the Mediterranean Diet as a lifestyle and resilient production system, meeting beekeepers, fishermen, and cheesemakers who preserve centuries-old traditions with innovative technologies.

Why 2025 is the ideal year to participate?

Black Sea Agreement

An agreement between Russia and Ukraine, mediated by the USA, will ensure maritime security and stabilize grain and fertilizer markets, strengthening global food security.

COP30 in the Amazon

In November 2025, COP30 in Belém will put agriculture and food security at the center of the climate agenda through collaboration between FAO and the Brazilian Presidency.

UN Food Systems Summit

Italy and Ethiopia will co-host UNFSS+4 to reinvigorate action on food systems, accelerating the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Program

This Boot Camp trains a new generation of changemakers capable of using food as a tool for international cooperation, cultural regeneration, and diplomacy. During an immersive week of theory and practice, participants explore the connections between gastronomy and global relations, learn sustainable culinary techniques, promote local food cultures, and delve into food policies and sustainable development. A three-phase journey — Inspiration, Aspiration, Action — to shape mindful leaders who can create a positive impact through food.

Stay in the beautiful village of Pollica in a triple room for 4 nights.
